Sacred chants or mantrams, when intoned in rhythm and selflessly performed as a service, have been used throughout the ages for the benefit of humanity. The intention of the InfiniteOM group is to provide the benefits of the use of chanting of the sacred word, OM, and a selection of chants in Tibetan and Sanskrit, for use in a wider community.
Amidst a host of New Age CDs comes this totally unique set of chants and sound meditations from the creators of chant music. The core group of InfiniteOM has been involved in chant and meditation for more than ten years.
The aims for the group are reached when these sounds are available to a larger community. When played they affect all who hear them, imparting a measure of stillness whether as a basis for meditation, or as background to the activities of the day.
